Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be attached and included.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Final sale items
Gift cards
Personalized or customized products
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
After verification, we will provide a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to:
A defective product
A damaged item
An incorrect item sent by us
We will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to personal preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Size & Color Disclaimer
Please review our size charts carefully before placing an order.
Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting conditions, and manufacturing batches, slight variations in color may occur and do not constitute a product defect.
